Business owner Liam O’Farrell, grew up in the Kimberley region and completed his apprenticeship in Derby in 1999. Liam’s experience spans over two decades in the exploration/drilling industry across Australia, New Zealand, the South Pacific, Africa and the Middle East. Having worked in remote and underdeveloped countries, Liam has learned to rely on keen instincts and be extremely resourceful in situations where support is minimal. Qualified as both an automotive and heavy plant mechanic, he has a broad range of experience from light to heavy trucks, earthmoving machinery, exploration drilling rigs and power generation equipment as well as being highly competent in hydraulics and high-pressure air systems.
